The funeral service will be held at St Mary's Church, Ketton on Thursday 27th October 2022 at 11:30am. Flowers can be ordered by or sent to R.J Scholes Furneral Directors.

Family and close friends will then continue to Ketton Green burial following the service.

Jake's family would like to thank you for all your kindness and support and invite you to the Ketton sport complex for refreshments and continue to share your memories in celebration of Jake's life. 

Jake loved the countryside, so if you have anything 'country' please feel free to wear it; ie. check shirts, denims... This is optional, so feel free to wear formal/smart casual wear if desired.
